National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit

The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit functions as a vital platform for nurturing social responsibility, leadership, and civic consciousness among students. Guided by the motto “Not Me, But You”, the NSS Unit aims to develop students’ personality through community service, social engagement, and nation building activities. The unit works under the framework of the National Service Scheme, Government of India.

National Service Scheme

The NSS Unit encourages students to actively participate in addressing social, environmental, and developmental issues through voluntary service. By engaging with rural and urban communities, students gain firsthand experience of societal challenges and contribute meaningfully to inclusive and sustainable development.

The unit promotes values of discipline, empathy, teamwork, national integration, and environmental stewardship. Through regular activities and special camps, the NSS Unit plays an important role in fostering socially responsible graduates who are sensitive to community needs and committed to serving the nation.
